| SuperSoft Dark For Inkjet Transfers onto Dark Fabrics |

| For best transfer results use a commercial heat press. | ||
| 1. | Printing Your Transfer | |
| (a) | Design or select your image in your art software | |
| (b) | Make sure your printer is set for standard printing (DO NOT set your printer to mirror the image). | |
| (c) | Print your image on the coated side of the SuperSoft Dark transfer paper. | |
| (d) | Allow the printed image to dry before transferring. Depending upon your printer settings, the transfer will typically be ready for application immediately. | |
| (e) | DO NOT over saturate colors. It will not enhance the transfer quality. A little color will go a long way! | |
| 2. | Commercial Heat Press Application | |
| (a) | Set heat press at 375-400F and allow to come to set point | |
| (b) | Set press for medium pressure | |
| (c) | Pre-heat garment for a few seconds to remove moisture or wrinkles | |
| (d) | Starting from the edge or corner, gently peel the printed transfer sheet from the support/backing paper. You can discard the support/backing paper. | |
| (e) | Place transfer on the fabric or garment with the image facing up | |
| (f) | Cover the entire image area with the enclose parchment paper and press for 10 seconds | |
| (g) | Parchment Paper can be removed hot or cold | |
| 3. | Home Iron Application: | |
| (a) | It is best to iron on a smooth, hard, non porous surface. | |
| (b) | Preheat the iron on the highest setting (Cotton/Linen). DO NOT add water to the iron, steam will ruin the transfer. Allow to preheat for 5 minutes. | |
| (c) | Place a pillowcase on the ironing surface, Iron to remove wrinkles and moisture from the garment. | |
| (d) | Pre-iron the fabric to remove any moisture and wrinkles. | |
| (e) | Starting from the edge or corner, gently peel the printed transfer sheet from the support/backing paper. You can discard the support/backing paper. | |
| (f) | Place the transfer on the fabric or garment with the image facing UP. | |
| (g) | Cover the entire image area with the enclosed parchment paper. | |
| (h) | Using firm pressure, slowly iron over the entire surface with sufficient overlapping (1) side to side (2) bottom to top and (3) along the edge, moving continuously for 2-3 minutes. | |
| (i) | Parchment Paper can be removed hot or cold. | |
| 4. | Washing and Drying: | |
| (a) | Wash and dry your transfer according to your fabric's normal wash instructions | |
| Always store unused paper in a cool and dry area sealed in a plastic bag so paper is not exposed to any excess moisture. | ||
